Remote Support

In order for dcs associates to provide you with remote support, we occasionally need to connect to your computer. We use a software package called TeamViewer.

In order to provide a connection to one of our support engineer, please follow the below instructions:

  1. Click the download button below, once it has finished downloading please ‘run’ the downloaded file.
  2. A 9 digit number will be displayed (see screenshot to the right) once the client has finished downloading, along with a 4 digit passcode.
  3. Please give these codes to your support engineer, dcs associates will then connect to your computer and resolve your problem.
    Please be sure that this software is secure.
